  7. A Square Image is Freeware. It may be used free of 
  8. charge for personal use.

  12. permission from TriVista Technologies, Inc. You are 
  13. specifically prohibited from charging or requesting donations 
  14. for any copies, however made, without prior written permission 
  15. from TriVista Technologies, Inc.

  18. international treaty. No title to intellectual property
  19. is being transferred.

  24. A Square Image.

  27. licensed "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS" and is not supported.
  28. NO WARRANTIES. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable 
  29. law, TriVista Technologies, Inc. expressly disclaims any 
  30. warranty for A Square Image. A Square Image and any related 
  31. documentation is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any 
  32. kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, 
  33. the implied  warranties of merchantability or fitness for a 
  34. particular purpose. The entire risk arising out of use or 
  35. performance of A Square Image remains with you. To the maximum 
  36. extent permitted by  applicable law, in no event shall TriVista 
  37. Technologies, Inc. or its suppliers be liable for any damages 
  38. whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of 
  39. business profit, business interruption, loss of business 
  40. information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the 
  41. use or inability to use this TriVista Technologies,Inc. product, 
  42. even if TriVista Technologies, Inc. has been advised of the 
  43. possibility of such damages. Because some states/jurisdictions 
  44. do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for 
  45. consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may 
  46. not apply to you.
